Comfortable Stay But Service Needs Improvement
The breakfast offered an eclectic mix, with fresh options, made mornings enjoyable. Finding parking posed a challenge due to poor signage. I appreciated the room's cleanliness, but the staff interactions felt lacking in warmth. Future guests should inquire about parking procedures beforehand.

Had a right decent stay, nice clean room and brekkie was the cherry on top with fresh juice and a proper coffee. Only snag was the main road noise from the window, but otherwise we had a bangin' time. Defo be back!

There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including coffee and fresh bread. The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from a public square. Besides, it was really close to the centre of the city, restaurants, and Grand Place and Place de Heros.

Straight talk, worth it or not?
The exquisite breakfast offered a good fresh orange juice fountain. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute stroll to the grand place!
The parking access was frustrating due to poor signage. Noise insulation wasn't perfect with the nearby traffic when windows were open.

I was utterly disappointed that after my long trip, i couldn't even enjoy the Olympic closing ceremony due to some mind-boggling technical issue. There was no english breakfast tea or hot food at breakfast, despite my perfect expectations! I almost considered leaving a good review, but this mediocrity deserves a hard look.

The stay featured a wonderfully quirky interior that added charm to the experience, along with a very spacious quad room perfect for families. Breakfast included fresh options, particularly fresh bread and excellent coffee that stood out. Accessing parking was a bit confusing, requiring careful attention, and some noise from a nearby road disrupted the tranquility.

Family with children will enjoy this!
The staff was friendly, they welcomed us like family and helped with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfy, we had a relaxing night's sleep before continuing our journey, can't ask for more.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still an acceptable option in my book.

The hotel was super clean and had a quirky vibe. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great for walking to the main square, and our room was comfy with a nice bath. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options too.
the parking was kinda tricky to figure out, and it was a bit loud at night with the busy road outside.

The rooftop bar here is a fantastic spot, with a great city view that really makes for a unique experience after a day of exploring. The breakfast had some fresh options that stood out, although the layout could use a bit of rethinking.
Accessing the parking is a real puzzle, with unclear signage and a confusing payment system that left me scratching my head. The entry from the car park is obstructed and misleading, leading to frustration right off the bat. On top of that, the noise from the building site next door disrupted my peace, especially in the early hours-definitely not what I'd call relaxing. And while the decor attempts something different, it feels a bit too dark and dreary in the rooms. Plus, I ran into some tech issues.
